Hamburger cake
Looks like a hamburger doesn't it? Well your eyes can be deceiving as this is a cake! yes that's right, this cake is a delicious chocolate mud cake, inside filled with chocolate ganache. It is made out of an 8 inch cake, carved in to shape and the detailed air brushed with edible food coloring.
Nike Shoe Cake
This cake is carved out of cake and a replica of a Nike shoe. I have used a chocolate mud cake to carve the cake out to the shape using a template. The lace work are all hand cut and done in this novelty cake.

Super Mario cake, body is the cake, head is made out of edible rice crispy treats which are carved to shape. Then I used paper rolls for covered in fondnat for the hands. Was great fun creating this one!
