How to make a GupA cake - Octanauts cake

I thought I'd take some photos along the way to show how to do a Gup A which is one of the submarine's in the Octanauts theme kids program.

So I started with a 6" round, 6" square and a 7" round. Used these cakes to structure the shape and then carve in to the cake to get the shape of #gupa

Once the chocolate ganache is set then you can start rolling out the #Bakels white fondant really thinly. I use corn flour to get it going and I find it doesn't dry the fondant out.

Once I have covered the cake with fondant I take my airbrush out and use the matching color to airbrush my cake.
